Can I cancel or reschedule?

Yes, cancel or reschedule up to 24 hours before for a full refund. Contact us directly.

What should I bring?

Bring swimwear, sunscreen, and a towel. We provide a waterproof bag for small items.

What do I need to bring with me?

Please bring a valid government-issued photo ID, a credit card for the security deposit, and any personal items like sunscreen, sunglasses, and water shoes. We also suggest wearing neoprene shorts / swimwear.

Is it safe?

Absolutely! Our gear is checked daily, and our team gives safety tips to keep you secure.

Can groups rent together?

Yes! We accommodate groups for kayaks, paddleboards, or jet skis. Book early to ensure availability!

Are rentals available all day?

Rentals run from 8 AM to 6 PM daily, weather permitting. Check our site for exact times.

Can I extend my rental on the same day?

If availability permits, you can extend your rental. Additional charges will apply according.

What safety measures are in place?

We provide a full safety briefing, life jackets for all riders, and ensure our fleet is well-maintained for a safe experience. Our team is always ready to assist in case of emergencies. Montego Bay Water Sports is a proper rental agency unlike many others in Jamaica and safty is out #1 priority.
