Jet Car, Paddle Board or Kayak Rentals

• More than 24 hrs. – Full Refund (less a 5% credit card processing fee)
• Less than 24 hrs. – 50% Refund (less a 5% credit card processing fee)
• No shows – No Refund

In order to ensure on-time departures, Montego Bay Water Sports starts preparing 15 minutes prior to departure. The vessel leaves promptly at departure time, with no exceptions.

Montego Bay Jet Ski reserves the right to make cancellations based on unexpected weather conditions or other reasons deemed acceptable by the Captain. In such circumstances, a full refund is issued.

All cancellations from guests MUST be received by email, Phone call or WhatsApp message noting the particulars of the reservation and the reason for cancellation.
